SUPPORT INDEPENDENT LIVING (SIL), SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION (STA) & MEDIUM TERM ACCOMMODATION (MTA)
Majestic Living Australia provides support independent living long-term placement and short-term accommodation (formerly respite) to adults receiving services under the NDIS.
Short Term Accommodation (STA) and Medium Term Accommodation MTA) allows participants to continue to have their support needs met in planned or unplanned situations.
Majestic Living Australia takes great pride in delivering positive and meaningful experiences to participants in our services that are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Your supports can be delivered flexibly from your core support budget under the NDIS, with a wide range of options including:
- Community participation or other activities
- Social and Recreational activities
- Cultural activities and support
- A large range of activities to choose from our Activity Hub

Our Commitment
At Majestic Living Australia Behaviour Support will be developing personalised strategies for people with disability that are receptive to each individual’s support needs.
Behaviour Support centres on evidence-based strategies and person-centred supports that address the needs of the person with disability and the fundamental causes of behaviours of concern, while safeguarding the dignity and quality of life of people with disability who are in need of specialist behaviour support.

What is Customised Employment
Customised Employment with Majestic Living Australia will work with both job seekers and employers to find, design or create job opportunities that fit each individual participant’s skills, interests and strengths. Customised Employment with Majestic Living Australia consists of 3 key stages:
- Discovery
- Job Carving
- Post-placement support
Customised Employment has been carefully designed and tested to align with a participant’s employment goals. You will be matched with someone who understands customised employment who will guide you through the 3 keys stages.
Community Services
Majestic Living Australia is well-positioned in Dubbo to provide community participation and recreational activities for those with disabilities. Our programs allow you to ‘live how you choose’, designed to maximise independence where possible and foster an environment where ongoing friendship networks can develop.
Employment
We will support you in every step of the way if you decide to go into work force, the choice is yours. We will be supporting individuals with disabilities in employment involves creating an inclusive environment that accommodates their needs and provides equal opportunities for them to thrive.
